Parent Education in the Art of Gentle, Nurturing Massage for Infants & Children
Classes held in scenic Amador County,conveniently located within 45 minutes of Sacramento, Elk Grove and Lodi in Northern California
Classes are taught by Brandy Astwood, a clinical hypnotherapist, independent childbirth educator and doula (birth assistant) with over 2 decades in supporting families with positive, supportive services in the areas of birth and motherhood.
As the mother of 6 children ages 5-21, she has successfully used massage as part of establishing trust and bonding with her 3 adopted children as well as nurturing positive touch in all six. Brandy understands the challenges of raising children with special needs and how massage can be part of an effective healing program/

Brandy is available for group presentations on the subject of holistic parenting with a specific focus on stress reduction and relaxation for caregivers and children, as well as pregnancy and birth issues.
