Introduction to Infant Massage
In this 3 hr workshop, caregivers will learn to recognize their infant’s individual communication cues, as well as simple, easy to use techniques in infant massage to sooth and comfort common babyhood issues such as colic, teething, colds and more.
Class Fee : $45
Course fee includes hands-on training, informational handouts and high quality massage oil.

Classes held in scenic Amador County,conveniently located within 45 minutes of Sacramento, Elk Grove and Lodi
Classes are taught by Brandy Astwood, a clinical hypnotherapist, independent childbirth educator and doula (birth assistant) with over 2 decades in supporting families with positive, supportive services in the areas of birth and motherhood.
As the mother of 6 children ages 4-20, she has successfully used massage as part of establishing trust and bonding with her 3 adopted children as well as nurturing positive touch in all six. Brandy understands the challenges of raising children with special needs and how massage can be part of an effective healing program/
Brandy trained with Tina Allen of Liddle Kidz Foundation.
Brandy is available for group presentations on the subject of holistic parenting with a specific focus on stress reduction and relaxation for caregivers and children, as well as pregnancy and birth issues. Call for more details. 209-304-8495

Sleepytime Infant Massage Program
Bi-weekly class for children 3 weeks to 2 years old and their parents/caregivers to relax and unwind with gentle massage, story time, music and meditation. $15 class or $20 month with membership.
