Pulling the best methods from HypnoBirthing, Birthing Within, Bradley, Lamaze and other birth teachings I work with mothers privately and in small groups to create an educational experience that leads to an empowered , sacred birth.

With my training as a clinical hypnotherapist, childbirth educator and mother of 6, I have created several programs that effectively address the unique needs of pregnant women and new mothers.

I encourage you to contact me with any and all question. If you're pregnant (or just a birth junkie) and live in Amador and Calaveras area, I invite to attend a monthly Informed Mama Birth Education Circle & Childbirth Cinema.

Each monthly gathering is a time to learn about birth thought positive birth movies, discussion on topics such as Natural Pain Relief, Turning Breech Babies, Breastfeeding, Avoiding C-sections and more.

The evening concludes with yoga and a guided meditation to fully relax and ease anxiety over birth and motherhood.

I believe birth is a time of great healing and discovery in a woman's life. My goal for each and every family to have the education and tools needed to have the best birth for mom, baby and dad.

I am not a one way or another childbirth educator. My classes are geared to equip each family with current evidence based information to make informed choices while teaching effective natural, holistic, and complementary methods to manage labor and birth, often eliminating the need for pain medication.
